RICHARD DUDGEON, INC.Hydraulic Jacking Systems Since 1850 Richard Dudgeon, Inc. has a history of providing innovative solutions to difficult lifting problems. These examples are only a few of the problem solving jacks We have developed over the years.
Do You Have Limited Space? Richard Dudgeon, Inc. has designed a multi-piston 55-ton hydraulic jack specifically for bridge lift (and other heavy structure) applications that have limited clearance between jacking surfaces. Dudgeon's ultra-slim 1 1/2" tall multi-piston jacks deliver up to 3/4"of stroke. The jacks are rated at 10,000 PSI, and weigh less than 7 pounds each. In addition to the light weight and ultra low profile, the unique multi-piston design offers exceptional lateral stability and resistance to side loading. Additionally, as a fail-safe feature, piston rows can be isolated and fed separately. NASA PROJECT (Madrid, Spain) When NASA's highly esteemed Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) required the custom design and manufacture of very specialized 1" 1200 ton load cells for its Madrid based Deep Space Network antenna within just six weeks, they contacted Richard Dudgeon, Inc. In addition to the ultra-light, ultra-thin high-capacity jacks, Dudgeon designed a fail-safe synchronous jacking system that lifted and weighed the 70-meter antenna with extraordinary precision........Ask Dudgeon about custom hydraulic jacking equipment and large-scale synchronous systems.
